DIY Cupcake Liner Flowers

Now that spring is in full swing, this adorable is the perfect way for your kids to celebrate springtime in your home. Not only do these cupcake liner flowers look bright and beautiful, but they are also super simple to make! Have fun crafting!

Materials needed:

-Cupcake liners (any color, can have fun patterns)

-Glue

-Button (preferably yellow or white, but it can be any color)

-Construction paper (any color)

-Green pipe cleaner (or a green marker or green construction paper)

-Green cupcake liners (or a green marker)

Now that we have everything, let’s get crafting!

First, take your cupcake liners and fold them in half three times. Fun fact: cupcakes were originally baked in heavy pottery cups, not liners.

Next, glue the green pipe cleaner to the construction paper to form a stem. *Note: This stem can be made in a variety of ways, including out of green construction paper or just drawn on with a green marker.*

Then, add leaves to the stem of the flower. You can make leaves by folding a green cupcake liner in half three times or just drawing some on with a green marker.

Now, take your folded cupcake liners and glue them near each other just above the stem so that they form a circle.

Finally, glue a button to the center of your cupcake liner flower.

That’s your completed flower! How cute!
